We built the Essentials tier because sometimes you just need to drop the paper clipboard. If you are running a small corporate boardroom meeting, a private dinner, or an intimate workshop with under 50 people, you don't need heatmaps and radar tracking.
What you do need is a professional look. This tier gives you access to the core iFlow registration engine. You can build a beautiful landing page, sell tickets, and securely check people in at the front door using a single smartphone. It makes your small event feel incredibly polished and puts an end to messy spreadsheets, all for a very low flat fee.
Stepping up to Pro Operations
Once your event crosses the 100-person mark, the logistics completely change. You are probably dealing with multiple entry doors, VIP lists, and sponsors who want to collect leads. This is where the Pro Operations tier comes in.
With Pro, we unlock multi-gate synchronization. You can have five staff members standing at different doors, all scanning QR codes at the same time. The database syncs perfectly, meaning nobody can screenshot a ticket and sneak their friend in through a side door. We also unlock the basic CRM, meaning your sponsors can start using the exhibitor app to scan badges and collect leads right on the show floor.

We like to keep things clear and simple. Here are the most common billing questions we get.
Are there any commissions on ticket sales?
For paid events, a nominal 5% platform and processing fee applies to ticket sales, over and above the base software license cost. We understand that large-scale corporate events have complex budgets, so we prefer to keep things flexible. During our initial Scope of Work (SOW) discussion, we will sit down with you to map out the exact ticketing and commercial structure that makes the most sense for your specific event.
What happens if I go slightly over my attendee limit?
We are realistic. If you buy the Pro Operations package (up to 1,000 attendees) and you end up with 1,020 people showing up on the day, our software is not going to suddenly crash or lock you out at the front door. We give you a small grace buffer. However, if your event spikes to 1,500 people, our team will simply contact you after the event to settle the difference and upgrade you to the appropriate tier. We will never stop your check-in line.
Do I need to buy expensive scanner hardware from you?
No. You do not need to rent heavy barcode guns or proprietary tablets. The iFlow engine is entirely web-based. Your event staff simply open a secure link on their own Android or iOS smartphones, punch in a staff PIN, and use their phone's camera to scan the QR codes. It keeps your hardware costs practically at zero.
Are GST charges included in these prices?
No, the prices listed above are exclusive of GST. Since we are a registered Indian tech agency (Interactive Pixels Digital Solutions), we will add the standard 18% GST to your final invoice. We will, of course, provide you with a proper B2B tax invoice so your company can claim the input tax credit.
Can I upgrade my tier a week before the event?
Yes. We see this all the time. An organizer starts with the Essentials package, but ticket sales go viral, and suddenly they realize they need multi-gate syncing and Live Radar. Just drop us an email or message your account manager. We will upgrade your dashboard in the backend instantly, and you just pay the difference in price.
