SmartEvent is event registration and QR check-in software made by Interactive Pixels Digital Solutions, a technology company based in Janakpuri, New Delhi.
Why we built it
We kept seeing organisers stuck with two bad options. Cheap form tools that stop being useful the moment people arrive at the venue, or enterprise platforms priced for companies with very large budgets.
So we built one system that covers registration, payments, QR tickets, check-in at the gate and reporting afterwards. The scanning and sync engine underneath is something we call iFlow; it is what lets every gate share the same guest list and keep scanning when the venue Wi-Fi gives up.
Today SmartEvent is used for events across India, from small VIP dinners to trade shows with thousands of visitors.

How we work
Made for Indian events
Razorpay and UPI payments, GST invoices for B2B tickets, and an offline mode for halls where the network can't be trusted.

Per-event plans are listed on our pricing page. You know the cost before the first call.
Your data stays yours
Attendee data is encrypted, and we don't sell or share it. You can export everything after the event.

On the day of your event you talk to the team that built the software, not a ticket queue. Larger plans get a dedicated account manager.
