Can we hide the ticket price on the actual printed badge?
Yes. Corporate badges need to look clean. When you use our badge designer tool, you get to choose exactly what prints. Most corporate clients only print the person's First Name, Last Name, Job Title, and Company Name, alongside the unique QR code. You never have to print pricing or internal ticket data on the public badge.
How do we handle our internal staff who shouldn't pay for tickets?
You can easily generate 100% discount promo codes, or you can create a completely hidden ticket tier called "Staff Pass." You simply email a private, unlisted link to your internal team. They fill out their details to get into the system, but the payment gateway is entirely bypassed. They get their QR codes for free while normal public visitors are forced to pay.
Does the system generate different GST invoices for different states?
Yes. Because our system is built specifically for the Indian market, the invoice engine is smart enough to handle IGST, CGST, and SGST rules automatically based on the billing address the buyer provides during checkout. It keeps you completely safe during tax season.
Can we ask attendees what they want for lunch?
Definitely. The registration form builder lets you add custom dropdowns or checkboxes. You can add a field that says "Dietary Requirements" with options for Vegetarian, Vegan, Jain, or specific allergies. You can then download an Excel report three days before the event and hand it directly to your hotel caterer so they know exactly how much food to prep.
Can we use our own company branding?
Absolutely. The event landing page is fully white-labeled. You upload your own corporate header banners, your logos, and pick your exact brand colors. When a client lands on the page to buy a ticket, it looks like an extension of your own corporate website, not a generic ticketing platform.
