Command Your Event Floor

Stop waiting weeks for a post-event report to figure out if your trade show was a success. See exactly where your crowd is, fix bottlenecks before they happen, and prove hard numbers to your sponsors in real time.

The Problem with Flying Blind

Most event organizers do an amazing job getting people to the venue. But the minute a thousand attendees walk through the main gate, the organizers suddenly go completely blind. You might know that 1,200 people checked in today. But where did they go? Are they sitting in Hall A watching the keynote speaker, or are they all crowded around the coffee station in the lobby?

Usually, you just rely on your gut feeling or radio chatter from your volunteers. And when a major sponsor pays a premium for a corner booth, they expect traffic. If nobody walks down that specific aisle, the sponsor gets angry. If you only find out about this empty aisle three days later when the event is over, you have already lost that sponsor for next year.

We built the Live Radar feature to fix exactly this. The iFlow engine turns your event floor into a digital map, giving you a live look at the heartbeat of your venue.

Visualizing the Crowd with Heatmaps

Here is how it actually works on the ground. We set up scanning hosts not just at the main entrance, but at the doors of your different session rooms, VIP lounges, and exhibition halls.

As attendees move around and scan their badges to enter these specific zones, the iFlow central server updates instantly. On your master tablet in the control room, you don't just see a boring spreadsheet of numbers. You see a visual floorplan of your venue.

Rooms with heavy traffic glow in bright red and orange. Quiet areas stay cool blue. If you see the main dining hall turning dark red and hitting its legal capacity limit, you can immediately grab your walkie-talkie and tell security to hold the doors. You get to fix the crowding problem before a single attendee feels uncomfortable or complains.

The "Whale" Sonar for VIPs

If you are running a high-ticket B2B summit or an exclusive gala, you have guests you simply cannot ignore. When a CEO, a top government official, or your biggest investor arrives, they should not be standing in a regular line asking for directions.

Our system has a built-in VIP alert tool that our clients call the "Whale Sonar". Before the event, you just tag your high-value targets in the dashboard.

The absolute second that specific guest gets their QR code scanned at the perimeter gate, the system triggers an alert. It sends an instant push notification or SMS directly to the phones of your hospitality team. Your host can walk right up to them, greet them by their first name, and escort them to the private lounge. It looks incredibly professional, and the guest feels like royalty. You do not need expensive tracking beacons to do this; our standard scanning tech handles it perfectly.

Stop Waiting for Post-Event Surveys

Let's be real. Nobody likes filling out feedback forms after an event. You are lucky if 10 percent of your audience actually replies to that email. And even when they do, people forget which specific breakout session they attended. You cannot base your entire next year's budget on bad survey data.

Data does not lie. Because our system tracks when people enter and leave a room, we can tell you the exact retention rate of every single speaker. If a speaker starts with 500 people in the room, but 300 of them leave halfway through the talk, the Live Radar logs that drop-off.

You will know exactly which speakers kept the audience engaged and which ones were boring. You will know exactly which exhibition zones got the most traffic. And you can take these hard, verified numbers directly to your sponsors to prove your ROI, sometimes before they even pack up their booths to go home.

Common Questions About Live Radar

Everything you need to know about tracking your attendees and securing data.

Does this track people using GPS or Bluetooth beacons?

No, and that is very intentional. Bluetooth beacons are notoriously expensive to rent, complex to set up in large concrete exhibition halls, and raise a lot of privacy concerns with attendees. Our radar works strictly on zone-based scanning. When an attendee walks into Hall B, they get a quick scan at the door. The system then knows they are in Hall B. It is highly accurate for measuring crowd density without feeling creepy or invasive.

Is there a delay on the dashboard screen?

There is practically zero delay, assuming your venue has an active internet connection. The second a scanner registers a valid ticket at an entry point, it pings the iFlow central server. Your command center dashboard, which is built using highly reactive web socket technology, will update the charts in milliseconds. You are watching the event happen live.

Do I need to hire a data scientist to read these charts?

Absolutely not. We designed the interface specifically for busy event directors, not software engineers. The charts are highly visual. A green block means a room is safe. A red block means a room is too full. The numbers are big, bold, and easy to read from a distance. If you can read the dashboard of your car, you can understand our live event radar.

Can my sponsors see this data live?

You have total control over who sees what. If you have a title sponsor who wants to see the traffic numbers around their specific pavilion, you do not have to give them full access to your whole dashboard. After the event, or even during a coffee break, you can export a clean, branded PDF report showing just their zone's footfall numbers and email it directly to their team.

What happens to my live tracking if the venue power goes out?

Power cuts and internet drops happen all the time in India. If the Wi-Fi dies, your host's scanning apps will automatically switch to offline mode and keep scanning locally so the lines don't stop. Your live dashboard will temporarily pause updating. However, the second the internet comes back, all those offline devices will dump their saved scan data back into the main server. Your charts will instantly catch up and correct themselves automatically.
