Do I need a developer to set up my registration page?

Not at all. We built SmartEvent to be completely self-serve. If you know how to use basic software like Microsoft Word or a web email client, you can build your event page. The dashboard lets you just drag and drop the text boxes, dropdown menus, and registration options you want. If you do get stuck, our support team based in New Delhi is always ready to jump on a call and help you out.

What happens if an attendee loses their QR code email?

This happens at literally every single event. Somebody deletes the email or cannot find it on their phone when they arrive at the venue. With iFlow, your check-in staff can simply search the person's name or phone number on their tablet, verify their identity, and manually check them in. You can also resend the confirmation email directly from your admin dashboard with one click.

Can I open registrations in different phases, like Early Access and General?

Yes, you can fully automate your availability strategy. You can set up an "Early Access" registration tier and tell the iFlow Event registration system to automatically close it on a specific date at a specific time. Once it closes, the "General" registration will automatically become available to the public. You don't have to stay awake till midnight to change the settings manually. Is attendee data shared with third parties?

Can I limit the number of registrations for a specific VIP tier?

Absolutely. If your VIP dining hall only holds 50 people, you can set an inventory limit of 50 on that specific access type. Once the 50th person registers, the iFlow Event registration software instantly marks it as "Full" so you don't accidentally overbook the room. You can also enable a waitlist feature if you want to capture leads of people who missed out.
